Hydraulic Lift

Traction Lifts

Traction lifts are commonly selected for multi-floor and high-rise buildings, as well as shopping malls with high usage frequency. These technologically advanced systems offer high speed, superior performance, and low energy consumption, making them the most efficient vertical transportation solution.

HAYAT provides customized solutions for every scenario, including cases where no shaft is available, by constructing a metallic frame on the exterior of the building. Metallic Shaft

The metallic shaft offers a top-class aesthetic appearance with a wide range of powder-coating color options available to meet customer requirements. It features multiple external facing choices, including painted metal sheets or glass finishes. Complete technical documentation is provided for every installation.

This system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is fully compatible with hydraulic and traction lift systems, including Machine Room-Less (MRL) configurations. The design and manufacturing process can be customized according to site conditions, ensuring flexibility and precision in execution.

Dumbwaiters

Dumbwaiters, also known as service elevators, are compact lifts designed for efficient material handling. The cabins and doors are preferably stainless-steel covered to maintain high hygiene standards.

These lifts are commonly used for transporting dining and kitchen equipment in hotels, restaurants, and villas. Dumbwaiters are available in various load capacities, ranging from 50 kg to 300 kg, making them suitable for a wide range of service requirements.

Chair Lift

Chair lifts are specially designed for elderly individuals or people who face difficulty in climbing stairs. They provide a convenient and smooth movement solution with a high level of safety and comfort. These lifts require minimal space on the staircase and do not need special drilling or structural cracking. Additionally, chair lifts can operate on batteries, ensuring uninterrupted use even during power cut-offs.

Escalators and Walkways

Escalators and walkways are electrically operated systems that function as continuously moving staircases, transporting people smoothly between upper and lower floors without the need for stepping. They are commonly installed in shopping malls, hotels, airports, subways, and train stations.
